Walk the estate

See it before you read about it.

A few minutes across the hall, the campus and the parkland.

The Vision

Not another building. A sending ground.

Britain does not lack church buildings. It lacks somewhere large enough, quiet enough and equipped enough for the Church to withdraw, be trained, and be sent back out.

Pitsford is being acquired to become a Kingdom Expression Centre — a permanent place of gathering, equipping and commissioning, held for the wider Body rather than owned by any single congregation. A site where a national conference, a residential school of ministry and a youth camp can each find the room they need, on ground that belongs to the Church.

Churches across the UK currently hire arenas and hotels never designed for congregations, families or children — and hand the proceeds to somebody else's balance sheet. This estate ends that arrangement.

Conferences and Convocations

Annual gatherings at the scale that today requires an arena booking, held on ground the Church controls.

Equipping the Next Generation

A leadership academy, Bible college and training campus, with accommodation and teaching space on the same ground.

Youth Camps and Family Weeks

Sports centre, pitches, tennis courts and open parkland — a generation encountering God away from the noise.

Prayer and Consecration

Nights of prayer, fasting retreats and solemn assemblies that need no closing time and no neighbour to consider.

Sending and Commissioning

Ordinations, dedications and baptisms in a setting that carries the weight of the moment.

A Base for the Wider Body

Denominations, networks and independent churches sharing one calendar across the year, each at their own scale and season.

Room to gather

Capacity that grows with the vision.

A Sunday service, a residential intensive and a national convocation do not need the same room — and here they do not have to share one.

20,000

Main Marquee Position

Open parkland able to carry a marquee at national convocation scale.

10,000

Second Marquee Position

A second structure standing at the same time, for parallel sessions or overflow.

1,000

Auditorium

Indoor gathering space in use through the year, whatever the season.

67,511

Square Feet of Accommodation

Teaching, meeting, catering and residential space already standing.

The Estate

Not a shell. A working campus.

The buildings a residential conference normally has to hire in are already standing and already serviced — a former educational estate with the Grade II listed Hall at its centre.

1,000-Seat Auditorium

The principal indoor gathering space for worship, conferences and major events.

Sports Centre and Gymnasium

Indoor space for youth programmes, camps and community outreach.

Pitches and Tennis Courts

Rugby and football pitches and tennis courts across the grounds.

Cafeteria

Catering at scale, without bringing external kitchens onto the site.

Residential Accommodation

Guests stay on site. Conferences and camps do not depend on nearby hotels.

Library and IT Suites

Ready-made teaching infrastructure for a Bible college or training academy.

Swimming Pool — Planned

Scope to bring a pool onto the site for baptisms, and for families during residential weeks.

Thirty Acres of Grounds

Formal gardens, playing fields and open parkland — the reason the marquees are possible.

The grounds

Thirty acres of open ground.

The parkland carries two marquee positions — one at twenty thousand, one at ten — standing together for a combined capacity of thirty thousand.

Gatherings of this size currently mean hiring an arena, on somebody else's dates, at somebody else's price, with the platform packed down by Sunday night. Here the ground is permanent and the calendar belongs to the Church.

Location

At the centre of the country, by design.

Northamptonshire sits where England's motorway network crosses. A national gathering here does not ask anyone to book a flight or an overnight stay to arrive on time.

By road

The estate sits inside the crossroads of the M1 at junctions 15 and 16, the A14, the M6 and the M40 — the four roads carrying most of the country's traffic between north, south and west.

By rail

Northampton to London Euston in around an hour, with connections towards Birmingham and the other regional centres.

Who can reach it

Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Market Harborough and Cambridge all sit within an easy drive, alongside London. A delegate can arrive for a morning session and be home the same night.

The hall

Grade II listed, and built to be seen.

The Georgian hall at the centre of the estate is listed, which is the country's own way of saying this building matters. That is not a technicality on a schedule. It is what a guest sees on the first approach up the drive, and it is the setting a milestone deserves.

An estate like this changes hands rarely, and almost never into the hands of the Church.

The Georgian façade of Pitsford Hall

The opportunity

Kingdom purpose, on commercial foundations.

Rehoboth Property Group acquires underused and surplus property and repositions it for churches, faith organisations and community institutions. Pitsford is the largest expression of that work to date.

An Asset, Not a Project

Thirty acres and a listed hall, freehold with vacant possession, in a county where land at this scale is rarely released.

Standing Infrastructure

67,511 sq ft already built and serviced — the estate begins earning far sooner than a development site could.

Demand That Already Exists

Churches and networks already spend every year on arena hire, hotel blocks and external venues. Pitsford consolidates that spend on one site.

A Defined Window

The estate is available through an accelerated sale process with a limited period before formal bids. Capital needs to be in position, not in principle.
